Super Rotate

Frustrated with the lackluster default rotate implementation in Aseprite? I was too!
I went looking for a solution, and nothing seems all that much better. So I built my own rotation tool.

This tool is likely best used in low-fidelity pixel art, I personally will be using it for ~64x64 pixel canvases.
